  I would not recommend this travel agent. We booked a wedding package with a travel agent at this company and there were many mistakes made before we left. First, we went online the night before we left to confirm our flight was on time, but our flight was not on the website. We tried to call the airline, but it was too late so they were closed. After an hour of searching the internet, we finally found our flight. The flight number and the time had been changed. We did not receive any email from our travel agent with the updates. Next, she told us there would be a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but when we arrived there was not shuttle and we spent an hour at the airport trying to arrange for a shuttle. This was the last thing we wanted to do after a five hour flight. In addition, she cancelled one of wedding guests room without a refund for their first night without confirming it with them first. I emailed our travel agent when we returned and she took no responsibility for her mistakes. She also said she would find out some information about the mistakes and email me back. I never heard from her again. All in all, myself and many of the other wedding guests were extremely dissatisfied with the service we received.

  Shanon is amazing. She is quick to help, reply and solve any and all questions or concerns. Our first trip, we were supposed to go to cabo and a hurricane hit. she had mere days to help a huge group find a new hotel to stay and she did, perfectly. Our next trip had a few snags as well. She worked her magic and solved our problems we had with seat booking within 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
