  I was a visitor from out of province, visiting my daughter and her family. They thought they would treat me to Red Robin on New Years eve. It was a very bad experience as soon as we walked thru the front entrance to the restaurant. The hostesses looked at us waiting to be seated. The place wasn't even busy. After a ten minute wait to be seated, we were finally acknowledged and seated. Server was great prompt at taking our order. No food after 45 minutes, I asked the server what was up...he was very apologetic. Ten minutes later our food arrives, I had a burger and bottomless fries. Half way into my burger, son in law states..Dad your hamburger looks half cooked. Low and behold it was half cooked. The waiter was very apologetic. The manager on at the time was notified, well what through me for a loop was her response.. Which was OH. That's all she said OH. Yes I was was competed for my burger. But seriously it was a very unsatisfying experience. My daughter felt so bad. And was very unhappy. I told both her and our server it wasn't their fault at all. Long story short I'm sure glad your restaurant chain isn't in the province where I live.... Im 57 yrs old I guarantee I will never ever step foot into a Red Robin establishment again. Even my daughter and her family had bad food.

  We are regulars here, it's usually really good but last time we went there had a very poor experience. After we were seated we waited at least 10 mins for the waitress to take our drink order. Once we ordered food it took over half an hour before we actually got our food. While eating my chicken burger I found a small bone in the chicken, and I found a hair on my plate that was clearly not mine, or anybody else's at my table. My drink was empty for at least half of my meal. The waitress seemed a little rude. Hope it's better next time.

  45 minutes for food to arrive from the time we ordered. Yam fries absolutely cold. Waiter was good but kitchen definitely not at their best.

  It's was ok. But seams like every time we go the burgers get smaller. Service was good. And our daughters meals looked very different then the pictures.

  Consistently good service and food. Kid friendly too. One of my top picks for going out with adults or kids.
