  I've known the owner for many years she is one of the most hard working person I have ever met she can do it all does amazing work!

  My husband went to pick up a duvet two days after it was suppose to be ready, she couldn't find it but sent my husband home with one she found saying it was a very nice one and probably was ours. It wasn't. When I drove back to exchange them the staff eventually found (luckily it was distinct enough to tell apart) it in the back on the floor, dirtier than when I left it, with big boot marks on it and seemed annoyed with me. I think they wanted me overjoyed that they found it and eager to make more trip in hopes it would be clean next round. They offered no apology or acknowledgment that this was an inconvience. I asked to have it back as I wanted to get it done somewhere else and the other staff roller her eyes at me and treated me as if I was crazy, telling me they were the only place it town (btw - they aren't, I found another place 2 minutes away that seems great). Anyways, save yourself the frustration and make a better choice than I did!

  A great place if you don't value your belongings, time or sanity. Very disorganized, dirty and unable to keep track of thing or have them ready on time. Seems to be an ongoing problem as another lady was having the same complaints when I dropped things off. In their defense it is my own fault, just stepping into the front entrance paints a good picture of how they value your items and would send anyone thinking straight walking right back out the door.
