    If I could give this zero stars I would. This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews, however this receptionist was so ignorant and rude that I felt the need to write one. It's a shame that we never even had a chance to experience the Dr. or the clinic because of this receptionist. I hope this Dr. has a good hard look at his staff. If you can't answer simple questions about what your clinic offers or different treatment options, then you say I'll look into it and get back to you. You don't become aggressive and ignorant to a potential client who is already distraught over a family members cancer.
