  Had a horrible useless doctor. I had spoke of others that had been failed by the medical system with the same problem and was very concerned for my well being. He implied the only people that have that happen are drug addicts and unhealthy people who are overweight and don't take care of themselves. So it's their own fault. An implication that the people I spoke to must overweight drug addicts and sadly an implication that I am... I assume because I showed up with groceries to my appointment that I had to wait 2 hrs to get ....that's why I went shopping. . Oh yeah no car... must be a drug addict. Not someone who suffers from seizures and can't drive and that's why they are at the bloody doctors!!!!

  When I need to go to the clinic, as I don't have a family doctor I will choose Sterling Centre, but I call ahead to see whose on. If it's Cunningham, I don't care how sick I am. I refuse to go. I would prefer waiting several hours elsewhere. Other doctors I've seen have been very nice.

  Visiting my parents and my baby had a high fever for 48 hrs however not serious enough to be taken to EMERG. I Suspected an infection and googled all Vernon walk in clinics. Tried a closer one to my location however the wait time had changed and the clinic would not take anymore Names on their waitlist for a few hours. I then phoned the Sterling walk in clinc and although they closed at 1 pm on a Saturday I was told they would see my baby. We arrived 5 mins after the phone call and we were turned away. The lady at the desk said the doctor said we cannot take any more patients. I said you just told me 5 mins ago on the phone you could take a couple more babies before you closed??!!! She again just said they couldn’t. Unreal!! Don’t tell patients you can take them and change your mind when they show up with a screaming sick baby!!!

  Will not go if Cunningham is on. Very arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy and compassion. He rushes you, he doesn't listen to what you say and jumps to his own conclusions. Having extreme anxiety I ended up shutting down and stopped trying to explain because he literally spoke down to me.

  Only reason there getting one star . Is because doctor was nice so frustrated with this place new to Vernon go in with super swollen throat like knowing I have strep doctor says no didn't get back to me when he said he would with results when said he would Tuesday or Wednesday morning all day Wednesday from when they opened till closed I was trying to call and the phone said I reached after hour line but it was in there open hours so couldn't even talk to anyone I work in kelowna so couldn't just pop in either so frustrating as throat so swollen. Finally at 715 I get a call after they closed!! Saying I have strep so now I had to wait until noon Thursday when they opened to go in and get meds. I go in and there super busy and I'm stuck waiting in line with everyone just to get my prescription because its first thing in day . so frustrated like for one why are your phones off . And why call me after your closed so I can't even get prescription that day . So frustrated I honestly would recommend driving to kelowna if u have to rather than deal with this gong show!!

  So Great! Got in relatively fast, wait time was reasonable and all staff interactions were REALLY good!! The doctor I spoke with was so wonderful I'm considering asking her to be my regular GP
