    Great gym! There's something for everyone, whether you're a heavy lifter or dedicated yogi. Staff is extremely friendly and these guys have the best hours in town!

    The owners are very welcoming and the pride they take in running their business is apparent as the equipment is well maintained and they are always seeking ways to improve their services. The demographic of customers is all over the place, ranging from high school students to seniors, beginners to experienced lifters. Meatheads are at a minimum so you don't have to listen to guys grunting or yelling and dropping weights. They offer numerous classes and have experienced, friendly trainers. Overall, It's a judge - free gym, with great staff and a great place to better oneself.
