  Easily the best gym in town. Lots of state of the art equipment and Brian the owner is constantly acquiring new equipment to keep up with the latest in fitness. The ladies only area upstairs is also a great option for women who would rather exercise in a segregated environment. Fitness west is Clean, has a friendly atmosphere and in great location. Highly recommend!

  Great selection of both strength & cardio equipment that is well layed out . It's a clean and well kept facility. The staff is friendly and efficient. The locker room/shower room could be better.

  No signage for changerooms, it's one of those "bro" gyms where if you're an out of towner or drop in client - they just expect you to know where everything is. I get that people don't need hand holding at the gym - but wandered around looking for a change room... Small space but wasn't busy. I liked the multi level approach. Lots of room for free weights. Only found one water fountain - for an entire gym. Staff was friendly and pointed out the change room after I was looking lost.
