  I have been going to Excel Fitness for the past 4 weeks. The experience and the results have been truly amazing. I have been to many gyms and the team and classes at Excel Fitness are by far the best.The classes are so fun that I can't believe that the hour is over. The dedication, passion and commitment that Rhonda and Carla display day in and day out can't be matched and will forever be what keeps me coming back. They go above and beyond to educate themselves and do so as often as they can, this allows me to train in a safe environment and means that no one gets left behind. The staff is all enthusiastic, educated and willing to do whatever it may be to help you succeed and reach your goals. You aren't just a gym pass, you are a cared about individual that has the backing and support from everyone around you. This isn't just a gym, its a close-knit community that goes beyond your daily sweat.
