  It is with reservation that I write this review: I do not think that there is much value in saying negative things towards others, however, I cannot let this one pass. (Also note this is not a reflection on the quality of care that the doctor gives.) This morning my wife called a total of 7 times to set an appointment, I called 3 times - total of 10 times in one morning. The longest that we were on hold was 15 min. Every single call, the receptionist did not answer the phone - she sent the call directly to hold. So... I drove over to the clinic and went up to set an appointment face-to-face. When I asked if their phones were not working because we cannot get through - her response was "we are very busy!" (as the phone rang and she promptly pushed the "hold" button) ......As a business owner I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional to repeatedly direct calls to "hold" and never answer.
