  At Bannister Honda I received top notch service even though I was not looking to purchase a vehicle and have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership; in fact. I was getting a low cost service for my car and I was very well. They were polite, informative, and accommodating around my personal schedule. Also, their shuttle service was fast and painless.

  ...the staff were very attentive and apologetic for not having the parts I needed twice in a row, but the job was done and it was done well. Also, it was a pleasure talking to Don, the sales manager, in the waiting room who served me coffee and offered his time with great conversation.

  We were not kept informed as to what was being done to our vehicle. Battery sensor was on recall so why not have a bunch of sensors in stock so I didn’t have to drive 3 hours round trip on 2 different occasions for something that took 5 minutes to replace? Service advisor was very curt and didn’t seem concerned about the inconvenience this was to us.

  Tammy from service desk was super friendly and helpful. Helped me with getting my oil changed. Service was great, even washed my car. Thank you for the lovely job. Car feels great and I feel happy about this entire service.

  Extremely accommodating! I would not take the time to write this review if I didn't believe that Bannister Honda in Vernon BC has shown the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time.

  Top notch first service experience at Bannister Honda today. Great service advice along with: prompt, courteous, professional and efficient service. Car’s running great and drives much better after a needed wheel alignment was completed. Keep up the great work Bannister Honda!
