  Within a couple of days, or van had been repaired and we were able to return the SUV. Upon our return Dan was beyond pleasant and he couldn't have been more polite and courteous in every interaction we had with him. He saved our vacation and we can't thank him enough! Will definitely call Enterprise and Mr. Jones again!

  My family and I were on vacation in the Okanagan when our van had a mechanical issue and had to be taken to a repair shop. We were staying at a resort near Vernon and had many plans to drive around and explore the area when our breakdown left us stranded at our resort in the hills. This was a big family trip that we had been planning for, and saving for, all year so we weren't going to miss the opportunity to see such a beautiful place. We made a few calls to all of the rental companies in Vernon and after finding out that there were no cars available, it looked like we were going to be out of luck. Enterprise to the rescue! We spoke to a gentleman at Enterprise, Dan Jones, that mentioned that while he was currently out of vehicles, he was going to check his other locations in Kelowna to see if there was anything he could do for us. He was quick to call us back and let us know that he had found an SUV for us in Kelowna said he could have it back in the Vernon area within a few hours. About an hour later we received a call from Dan explaining that he was on his way back from Kelowna with the new vehicle and offered to pick us up at our resort on his way back into town.

  We rented a car for a few days while ours was getting repaired. We brought it back a day early and got a fair rate considering we didn't keep it for the full amount of time originally planned. The lady at the desk was very nice and accomodating.

  Very good experience. The guy in desk was very friendly and given very good deals. Service is awesome.
